I have 4 years of experience in quality control department .Professional Job Function: Experience in ammonia and urea plant sample quality testing Experience in Naphtha cracker & its analysis, quality testing of reforming gases, desulphurization, catalyst reductions etc Around 4 years of experience in Analysis, Quality Control and assurance department & laboratory commissioning. Excellent commissioning & implementation experience of large laboratory chemical and fertilizer sectors. Commissioning activity includes develop laboratory set up with all requirement infrastructure, utilities, instruments, Chemicals, glassware's, solids, gases etc. Working with Laboratory information management system & quality management system are on place, Quality improvement/ up gradation as & when needed. Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment is performed in a timely manner, Manages resources effectively to accomplish duties that are usually of a larger and more complex scope, Experience in LIMS & SAP system with an organization of repute. Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills with hands on experience in using Lab Instruments and equipment’s and able to set up new method  Keep records of all maintenance related issues for lab equipment. Extensive work experience with day to day troubleshooting of analytical instruments & equipments
