Plant utilitieslike Air Compressors, Emergency / Diesel Generators, Cranes, CCTV, FAS, Access control, ETP,STP & WTP,Electrical panel room, transformer, lighting, 11 KV power system, SSP-OHE-25 KV System. Analyzing the operational practices, identifying the areas of obstruction / failures and working onchanges for qualitative improvement Providing new engineering inter locks for unsafe conditions, guide and encourage maintenance staff to followsafety procedures and working permit systems and inspection of all safety interlock LOTO/TAGO as perschedule Setting up monthly/weekly reviews to ensure proper tracking of activities and ensuring discipline in execution. Implementing effective plant processes / procedures to facilitate robust production systems, process.optimization, in-process / material quality control and documentation Establishing processes, streamlining workflow and creating work environment to enhance productivity.
