† In fellowship I had to work closely with 5 government schools in Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. It was great opportunity to know the dynamics of primary education system. Facilitation and designing of workshop for HM, making plan for next three months and motivate HM to replicate those plan in their school, this whole journey changed me a lot. Because in order to motivate them I was bound to motivate myself first.
