As a Business Intelligence (BI) Summer Research Intern, I leveraged SQL Server tools, including Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS), and Reporting Services (SSRS), to demonstrate the full lifecycle of data. Mentored by UTD Graduate students, I created and analyzed complex data visualizations using Tableau, making it easier to interpret large datasets and uncover insights.For my final presentation, I developed a Python-based web scraping script to extract a custom dataset from transfermarkt.us, focused on Ballon d'Or nominees stats from 1990-2019. After gathering the data, I performed data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy and consistency. Using Tableau, I conducted advanced statistical analysis and created data visualizations to uncover defining factors of Ballon d'Or winners including position, domestic league, solo awards won, etc.
