Hailing from a tribal area in the Red Corridor of Maharashtra, I've always been deeply attuned to the societal challenges around me. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand the difficulties in accessing higher education, which fueled my determination to make a difference. During my graduation, I embarked on the path of preparing for civil services, gaining invaluable insights into the complexities of our society.Throughout my academic journey, I actively engaged in college activities and sought out opportunities to explore various approaches to addressing societal issues. One significant experience was volunteering in Assam (Tinsukia District) for an activity-based learning program, where I witnessed the transformative power of education firsthand. Additionally, I took to publishing articles in local newspapers to amplify the voices of marginalized communities.Upon my selection in the Indian School of Development Management (ISDM) in Noida, I took it upon myself to initiate workshops across five talukas, reaching over 500 students. My goal was to raise awareness among marginalized youth about the importance of education and empower them to strive for a better future.I firmly believe in leading by example and aspire to inspire positive societal change through my actions. Education, I am convinced, holds the key to unlocking the potential within every individual and driving meaningful progress in our communities.
