The solution is implemented using Service Delivery Platform framework. As a Tech Lead and Onsite Coordinator & Consultant Implemented, Enhanced SDP VoIP Ordering, VQT. Suggested, Designed and Delivered component based re-usable solution for TN-Portability and Assignment using AGILE Model. Effectively transitioned knowledge to offshore team.

Designed e2e solution for a leading Clec/Ilec in southern region of USA, which includes Billing, Mediation, Service Activation, and Order Management. Played key role of Onsite Customer Coordinator, technical consultant and continued as a customer reviewer from offshore for all the deliveries.
