Since I had been employed to the Company (PT Mustika Ratu Tbk) as one of their legal officers, I have multiple responsibilities. From the Company itself my responsibilities include trademarks registrations, suppliers/vendors agreements drafting, and export agreements drafting. Not only those, the Company also put me in charge for their affiliations: PT Mustika Ratubuana International, a trading company, a corporation who specializes as a main distributor for the Company products. In this very company, I have a responsibility to draft agreement to the subdistributors (trading agreement) and to other parties such as tv stations, where the company become a sponsor for their programs;PT Mustika Ratu Centre, a company that devoted to run an office building namely Graha Mustika Ratu, which situated nearby a junction of Gatot Soebroto st. and Supomo-Pasar Minggu st.. Here, I have particular responsibility that is to draft agreement/to represent company interest to be dealt with the tenants. Here, the tenants meant not only companies/individuals which hire some spaces in the building, but also communication companies to set up their BTS', banks who wish to set up their ATM's and a special company to run the parking lot (Secure Parking);PT Mustika Princess Hotel, a company which owns a luxury-5-star hotel in Yogyakarta namely Sheraton Mustika Yogyakarta Resort & Spa. In this particular company, my responsibilities mostly are not connected to the operational of the Hotel, but more to the operational of the owner. The company requires special treatment because it is a foreign investors company (PMA) so more or less I will deal with BKPM and the foreign owners. But since I'd worked here, I only deal with the foreign companies who own the company in relation with the transfer of shares ownership. From this very responsibility, I become experienced about SPV's and their transactions.
