•Financial reporting and analysis: Driving month-end close processes, with accrual-based accounting, spend analysis, and appropriate departmental coding amongst other month-end activities as required. Preparation of monthly management reporting packs including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow reports. Report on company’s financial health and liquidity. Preparing budget forecasts. Working with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets, reporting on actuals and providing budget-vs-actual analysis on a periodic basis. Computing taxes and returns. Driving period tax lodgements with HMRC and relevant tax authorities, including cross-jurisdictional sales tax requirements. Revenue collections. Assisting with managing due invoices, liaising with our customers and partners directly and working within our billing management platform to ensure timely collection of receivables. This will require heavy collaboration with GTM teams. Payroll. Drive our monthly payroll processes for all internal and Employer-of-Record employees within UK and internationally. Processes set up and improvement. Support various projects including process improvements to drive operational excellence within finance. Expenses and payables management. Process & approval of employee reimbursements, corporate credit card transactions and subscription payments. This includes GL coding reviews, monthly reconciliations vs related GL accounts and fortnightly preparation of related analysis reports. Audits. Be the point of contact for any external financial audits, driving engagement and response with auditors.
