Global Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current- Manage day to day sourcing, advertising, interviewing activity, and consulted with Hiring Managers on the same.
- Share responsibility for key HR functions, including: Employee Relations, Succession Planning and Background Investigations.
- Responsible for the full lifecycle end to end recruitment, making selection, interviewing, presenting offer, background screenings and onboarding.
- Develop and nurture relationships with passive candidates through personalized communication and networking efforts.
- Employ creative sourcing methods, including referrals, alumni networks to expand the candidate pool and uncover hidden talent.
- Create and maintained strong relationships with community employment agencies, resulting in status as preferred recruitment company.
