At Edulabs I am overall responsible for running the comany as the Chairman of the Board. My major focus is on strategy formulation and implementation, business focus and overall management of the company. I work as the mentor to the management team and help Business leaders in achieving their goal.

Currently I am heading the India operations of Gale Networks India, which is the wholly owned subsidiary of Gale technologies Santa Clara,CA, USA (www.galetechnologies.com). I am responsible for every aspect of product Engineering, Product Implementation and product support.

I worked as the head Business support Systems (BSS), globally. My responsibility included Application Management of all the BSS systems which numbered more than 600 Applications covering Billing, ERP, Order Management including CRM and Portal and Business Intelligence. These systems were running 24X7 covering the globe. I was also responsible for Offshore partner management covering two major Indian Tier 1 IT companies. Company spent more than 50 Million GBP annually on these partners.

I was over all responsible for services delivery to all the customers of ITC Infotech globally. That covered custpmers in BFSI, Retail and consmer goods , Manufacturing and large Cutomers Accounts e.g.DHL, IBM, AOL and Viacom.
