With a diverse background that spans hospitality, real estate, and consumer goods, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the micros and macros of business, on the journey to transform Ajanta into a preferred consumer brand.I hold an optimistic yet critical view of the food industry in India. While there is substantial potential for revolutionizing eating habits towards more sustainable and healthful choices, the current consumer behavior patterns are concerning. There is a significant disconnect between people's dietary goals and their actual consumption habits, highlighting a need for greater awareness and alignment in this area.Today, my focus is on leading Ajanta towards sustainable growth by advocating for healthier and more sustainable eating practices in India.
