With my sufficient background and expertise, I have been primarily responsible for the data management of the construction team and service partners, as well as the oversight of callouts and design-related enquiries to ensure activities are within compliance at all times and to maintain the accuracy and quality designs on a regular basis.Within this role, I have been able to work collaboratively with the survey service partners, lead or contribute significantly to the writing of survey reports and critically review the scope prior to the finalisation of the construction design.I have been able to work effectively with Survey Manager and Construction Manager to track project issues and possible risks including keep related records available to assist in the development of strategies and solutions in increasing project efficiency.I was able to contribute to the preparation of resource planning for survey projects and tasks including forecasting, project specific resource plans and staff sharing.This experience has allowed me to read and analyse reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other documentation to plan and design projects for subcontractors and to keep compliance with the labour, job orders and materials.This role has allowed me to grow exponentially – furthering my skills and abilities in a major organisation, where I have utilised my professional experience through knowledge of industry tools, project management techniques and understanding of survey management issues to meet project requirements, in order to provide continuous outcomes with regularity.

This position allowed me to create and develop quality check sheets and other relevant documentation for field supervisors, in addition to provide assistance as needed in lodging and developing resolutions defects by utilising ATLAS.With my demonstrated experience and industry background, this allowed me to conduct quality assurance inspections along with clients and service partners for all civil, fibre hauling, and fibre joint installations, while ensuring to maintain compliance with NBN standards and guidelines.This experience allowed me to gather and analyse various information within the enterprise, actively seek problems in order to promote and discover positive change to contribute in increasing productivity and efficiency of project delivery.I was able to liaise with Quality Construction Manager including four team members in working on a project using project management and leadership skills to level understanding and expectations in updating the existing fibre network to on-demand hi-speed fibre network.I have been able to complete engineering projects with proficiency, accuracy and efficiency by organising and controlling resources, monitoring project milestones and following through problem areas.This role allowed me to deliver outcomes with an excellent understanding end-to-end quality assurance processes, knowledgeable in inspection methods, techniques, and tools with the ability to work quickly and efficiently with a high level of attention to detail to accomplish individual and team goals, allowing me to achieve extraordinary results that I have carried into other roles.

Within this role, I have been able to effectively identify potential areas for improvement and lead process improvement efforts to successfully develop and implement innovative designs or processes, in line with project requirements.My knowledge and expertise has allowed me to support targets and milestones for project budgets and schedules through active participation in the design and development of products as well as efficient management of complex projects in a technically-driven environment.This role allowed me to define performance specifications, both mechanical and functional, as well as analyse alternatives and selects design options which assure proper performance, reliability, safety and manufacturing economy.I was able to assure that the projects being managed are being done so using sound engineering principles and are in accordance with national codes and standards, as well as Health and Safety procedures.This position has allowed me to grow both as an individual and as a professional, furthering my skills and abilities in establishing and improving standards, practices, guidelines, and specifications for mechanical discipline areas, allowing me to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation.
