I have got promoted to this role in Oct'20. Currently managing a lot different clients and different products. The products such as Marketing products, ASI Product, Creative Excellence Products. Helping Ipsos with DIY Automated studies.Besides managing studies and different products, helping manager and supervisors with different reports and weekly data's. Helping team wherever needed and have involved in SPOC role as well. Learning and exploring team managing role and trying to add value wherever I can.

I had got promoted for Projects Manager role. During this time I have accelerated the product I was involved. Trained 10-12 FTs on this as the product was growing and client demanded more work on it. it was a great experience of training the team, managing escalation, sharing suggestion and best practices. I had bagged 15-20 positives with 5 monthly best performance awards.I had worked for various different clients studies but the mains were Disney, Omnibus, Canada elections, Facebook, Amazon etc. Supported team training new buddies, handling escalation, sharing imp updates.I had the opportunity to work with new product, had explored it and learned whatever I can, trained the team and increased revenue.I was nominated for the 'Think Consumer' award which was a great achievement because during my first year, it's the best thing happened.

I was hired as a consultant for Market research role. Learned the process and started executing the operations with in days after joining for the team. Executed Medium to complex projects for client's like Ferrero, Exon, MasterCard. Also. got a chance to work with a new product which was a great learning as well. Also, I had collected 10-12 client positives during this time.
