This involved extensive research and crafting engaging materials to support personal growth and well-being.Case Studies:Conducted in-depth real-life case studies focused on adolescents dealing with academic challenges and low self-esteem. These studies allowed me to apply psychological theories and interventions in real-world scenarios, gaining invaluable insights into effective counseling strategies.School-Based Sessions:Actively participated in life skill sessions and parenting sessions at prominent institutions such as St. Lawrence High School and Birla High School, Kolkata. These sessions allowed me to engage with students and parents, providing guidance and support on various aspects of adolescent development.Counseling Support:Collaborated with the counseling team at Ek Prayaas Educational Society, Kolkata (Alternate School), facilitating individual counseling sessions.
