Samsung India is a part of Samsung Electronics Korea.Current role and responsibilities involve business development of Consumer Electronics Division in SAARC countries ( Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives & Bhutan )Spearheaded Merchant Trade Biz for Samsung India Electronics back in 2015-16 leading to complete SAARC Countries P&L under SWA.Been involved in starting New Products like Dishwashers, Chest Freezers in these markets and replicating India success stories.Set up office in Nepal as Samsung India Liason office.

Havells India Ltd is a USD 1.4 Bn consumer products group having local presence in 50 countries through its subsidiary- Sylvania (UK)North Africa:-• Developed North African markets for Havells and Sylvan is business • Appointed new distys and product lines in the region.• Revenue growth by 150% North America:-• Managed Sylvania Consumer Lighting US operations post acquisition by Havells • Successfully managed rebranding project from SLI lighting to Havells brand• Turned around loss making US operations (from last 10yrs) to breakeven in 2 years• Built and implemented strategies to stabilize and grow Topline of USA operation• Key Account Management with HomeDepot and Menards• Strengthen local sales team and complete back office operations • Rationalized supply chain, warehouse, logistics etc. • Relocated & Restructured USD 25 mln US operations to enhance corporate presence• Monitored Mexican operations (USD 35 mln) as an additional responsibility Americas/ India:-• Integration of Havells India with Sylvania Americas • Revamped sales Incentive plan to maximize sales and motivate sales team• Sales force optimization with integration between countries• Infrastructure optimization (sales offices/ warehouse/ other fixed assets)• Product and brand rationalization across the region to reduce cost.• Implemented central warehousing concept PATH ( Panama Americas Trading Hub )• Supply chain consolidation ( vendor & product consolidations )

Was in the Interio division ( formerly known as Furniture & Interiors Group) of Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. Ltd and looking after the Chandigarh, J&k, H.P for both institutional sales as well as channel sales, involving road shows, dealer management, receivables & inventory checks with an annual target of INR 4Crs.
