On-Demand Warehousing and Fulfillment for Amazon & E-Commerce Sellers

Co-founded Factom (acquired), a decentralized blockchain technology company to build a more honest and transparent world. Raised $0.5M in Seed round at an $11M valuation, and $8M in Series A at a $35M valuation. Lead investors include Tim Draper and Overstock.com. Spearheaded hiring of CTO and CFO post-Series A.-Led commercialization and education of open source and proprietary blockchain technologies for Enterprise customers, System Integrators (SIs), and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). -Cultivated a pipeline of 1000+ B2B prospects, including Fortune 500 companies. Created channel partnerships, licensing agreements, and structured deals with IoT, Mobility, Cloud, PaaS, and SaaS providers. -Closed pilot projects with the Department of Homeland Security & Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, representing $2M+ in revenues.

Championed product strategy, product positioning, and pricing for the industry’s first Blockchain-as-a-service, which abstracted away all complexity with using Blockchain. Reduced “time to hello world” from days to minutes for developers resulting in rapid developer growth, new enterprise sales, and technology partnerships.• Led a distributed team of ten across product management, engineering, and design to launch MVP in six months.• Co-created DLoc, which combines Blockchain and Near Field Communication (NFC) allowing digital storage, sharing, and real-time verification of any document or vital record. Estimated Total Addressable Market > $9B. DLoc was recognized as one of the best innovations in the field of document security at the TrustTech conference in 2016.

Built and led a 12-person customer operations team at a start-up overwhelmed by $25M in pre-sales for bitcoin miners. Responsible for online stores, large customer accounts, customer service, technical support, and logistics.• Set up a triage system to handle a backlog of 5000+ customer inquiries due to delays in manufacturing. Revamped processes to reduce average response times from 6 weeks to less than 24 hours in one month.• Identified a need to offer Cloud Mining services as an alternative to shipping hardware. Headed UI/UX of mining portal, pricing, marketing, and sales. Captured $1M mining contracts within two months of launching.

Responsible for product management and user experience for 200+ employees serving 5000+ B2B customers.• Revamped proprietary ERP/CRM system using a micro-services architecture to enhance modularity and upgradability while lowering maintenance costs by 25%. • Led design, development, and launch of API-based fulfillment service to replace traditional “call center” operations. Reduced the cost of customer service by 80%.• Increased revenues and profitability by securing fulfillment partnerships with growing e-commerce platforms like Zazzle.com, CafePress, and Tee Launch.

Accountable for growth, operations, and P&L for a division of 500 employees. • Served on the executive team tasked with bidding on large, multi-year service contracts. Won service contracts for Burj Khalifa, Atlantis Hotel, Rugby 7s World Cup, and many other prestigious Dubai landmarks.• Improved cashflows by digitizing contract management, cleaning up receivables with an aggressive debt collection strategy, and monitoring account level profitability for 2000+ customers.

Led all client engagements from sales to delivery. Managed design & development teams• Design and develop custom web-based and API solutions for manufacturing and e-commerce clients.• Set up technology infrastructure, and call center operations for an internet-based mortgage start-up.• Engaged with multiple start-ups to build minimal viable products and product roadmaps.

Served on 30+ technology and process improvement engagements for the largest private mortgage bank (monthly funding volume > $1B).• Promoted within 6 months to lead teams tasked with driving top and bottom-line impact for consumer direct lending (via lendingtree.com), credit warehousing, and rate sheet distribution.• Setting up processes, workflows, training, and recruitment of 500+ employees for Trinity BPM, an offshore BPO subsidiary that was acquired by WNS (NYSE: WNS) within two years of operations.
