Current* Designed and developed a SaaS tool for recruiters for easy enrollment, that reduced onboarding time by over 200%. The SAAS tool was targeted at providing a one-stop solution to recruiters across India to post jobs, shortlist candidates and track the hiring process (end-to-end).* Designed and integrated a system of crawlers into our business platform, boosting lead generation by 75% in about a quarter’s time.* Designed and executed a drip journey for 1.3M+ active students and job seekers, to keep a brand presence active in their minds. This helped increase profile completion rate by over 2.5x in the just the first month after integration. * Worked with a cohort of interns, at redesigning a college placement platform, helping with their technical skills and interpersonal growth.* Worked closely with the CTO in optimizing for quicker data transfer and output execution , that increased responsiveness of the backedend by a factor of 5 and the overall platform by a factor of 2(approximately).
