Analyzing and Validating the HP products.Authorizing and Quoting Special and Competitive Pricing (Discounted Price) of Various HP Products to end-user through ‘Special Pricing Tool’.Responding to inquiries, advising on optimal solutions, contributing to competitive quotation and assisting at external sales events, such as:Fixing and managing the order fall-out cases by adding the correct products in the deal and removing the configuration error.Managing Others Queries for amending the deal for Quantity change, adding/removing products, product price change etc., as per customers’ requirements. Analyzing RPL (Restricted Party List) entities.Creating Customer ID.Verifying End-User (Customer) Details for High-Risk Deals in which the deal Value is considerably high and ensures that the products are for Internal Use of Customers.Conducting training for the new joinee to the team.Effectively consolidating teams’ feed back to improve the process.Do the Quality Control (QC) check of all activities for different cases/requests of the team.Follow up with the team to get the processing done without delay.Reporting:Preparing various process status reports, so that team can close ‘In progress’ cases to ensure faster response to customers.Preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Activity Report and other Metrics report of the process.
