EXPERIENCE IN THE LAW FIELD:1. I completed my law degree (Five years law course) from D.E.S. Law College, Pune University, in the year 2014 and completed my LL.M in Intellectual Property Rights from the Department of Law, Pune University, with 62.85%. 2. After completing my LL.M. I started working with Gorane & Company, a renowned Pune-based law firm in the year 2015. I worked for 6 months with Gorane & Company, during the said period I had the privilege to deal with the matter related to DRT, DRAT and Company-related matters. (July 2015 to January 2016) 3. In 2016, I joined the chamber of Adv. Abhijeet Desai, a regular practitioner in Bombay High Court. While working with Adv. Desai, I got multiple opportunities to deal with criminal, civil, motor accident, revenue, and service-related matters before the Hon’ble High Court, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal and DRAT, Mumbai. I had the privilege to draft and assist important cases pertaining to property, service matters, IPR and cybercrime before the Honorable High Court, MAT, Company Law Tribunal and Arbitration. (February 2016 to July 2017)4. In August 2017 I started working with Vineet Naik, Senior Counsel, at the Bombay High Court. While working with Vineet Naik sir I got various opportunities to assist him in the matter relating to property law, Company Law, Arbitration and educational matters. I also had the privilege to assist important cases pertaining to the Arbitration Act, Property Laws, Educational institute matters and all types of commercial litigation before the Honorable High Court and National Company Law Tribunal. (August 2017 till 2021}5. Since 2021 I’m practicing as an independent advocate especially in Bombay High Court. I have also handled cases relating to Consumer Protection Act in District Commission, State Commission and National Commission.6.
