In addition to various hospital administrative roles like supervising operations, clinical/non-clinical processes, statutory markers, Directing and supervising the work of hospital staff, Establishing organizational goals, Planning and implementing programs, Overseeing finances and related operations such as budget planning, authorizing expenses, and creating financial reports, Communicating with staff, departments, and board members, Hiring and training staff, monitoring resource use and allocation, ensuring that facilities are up to standard and meet current regulatory requirements, responsible in managing a team of 80+ healthcare professionals. Implementation of Accreditation standards & its sustenance.

Independently designed processes for aligning Quality Standards in this 200 bedded multi-specialty hospital. Got NABH accreditation done. Active participation in liaisoning activities for implementing Kidney Transplant Program in the hospital.

Active participation in the Quality Team for implementation of NABH & NABL standards and sustaining compliance for the same in this 200 bedded multi-specialty greenfield hospital. Designed & conducted various quality audits for the unit single-handedly, and presented analysis for the same in various forums. Worked as Quality Liasson in another unit (BBS Heart) of the same Group for implementation of accreditation standards.

Joined Fortis Healthcare group, Mohali, as senior nurse Intensive Care Unit, got promoted and transferred to other unit of hospital in Ludhiana. Worked as a team leader in commissioning of a new Greenfield hospital of Fortis group in Ludhiana. Worked for the unit as chief assistant quality professional and got NABH Accreditation. Active member of prestigious committees of hospital administration.
