My Responsibilities include:• Managing end-to-end Recruitment from sourcing to closure for requirements into IT domain.Hands on experience in India, EMEA and USA market.• Making the best use of all the sourcing techniques to process the best of the profiles – Social networking (LinkedIn, Bullhorn Reach, Skill Pages and Facebook), mass mailers, Wipro’s internal database tool, employee referrals, portals (Naukri & Monster) and web searches• Understanding and gathering the requirements from different BU leads and making strategies and hiring plans accordingly.• Sourcing relevant resumes from various sources within deadlines and Handling lateral recruitment for multiple IT verticals in Wipro Technologies spread across various domains.• Regularly interacting with divisional recruiters and business/account managers to understand their requirements.• Follow up with the panel to manage candidate feedback / selection• Create and manage database of all candidates with salary details. Consistent follow-ups and maintain a good relationship with the candidates• Maintaining MI report (Market Intelligence) on niche and super niche technologies.• Candidate follow up & creating good pipeline on open Positions.• Co-ordinate interviews between Technical panel and candidates efficiently to make the job drives & events a success.• Coordinating Walk-Ins/Job Drives in weekdays & weekends as and when required • Sourcing for B2, B3, and C1 & C2 level requirements/Positions.
