Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents, documentation of Bank Guarantee (BG). Resolve any sales related issues of customers. Preparation salary and check & verify the conveyance of employees. Contact clients about invoices that are past due. Responsible for maintaining Excel Sheet as a data base & billing. Responsible for maintaining TDS deduction in Tally Software and monthly payment also. Prepares monthly statements by collecting data, analyzing, summarizing data information and trends.
