Working as the All India Head of Marketing for the film, Policegiri, starring Sanjay Dutt and Prachi Desai, which hit theatres on July 5. Job description included managing all areas of film marketing and creating campaigns for branding, franchising, merchandising and all aspects of OOH advertising as well. During the course of post-production, a 10-city tour was planned and executed for the film's promotions and my team was responsible for the managing of the events like the trailer launch, music launch and other media interviews organised for the cast and crew of the film. As the Head of Marketing, I have been leading a team on young and enthusiastic professionals and training them in the space of film marketing and PR. After the success of Policegiri, I am now taking the company to a higher level by focussing on the company's music wing - Star Audio Visual and building a sister-franchise Capital Films Pvt. Ltd., which will produce and present content-driven films for the niche audience and regional films for the local markets.
