Main Activities>Lead Engineering and Technical change management.>Design calculations, Sizing and Selection of components required for systems and projects>Review of P & ID Diagram / Layout / General Arrangement / Detail Engineering / Piping / Isometrics drawings.>Preparation of Bill of Materials for systems, projects.>Item master management and control in Infor ERP environment.>Preparation of material data sheets.>Technical Vendor qualification for bought-outs component.>Support Sales / Planning / Purchase / Supply Chain / Project / Manufacturing / Quality team along with customers /consultants for any technical clarifications.>Daily interaction with production, sub-contract & purchase for smooth execution and support to service.>Attend kickoff meetings with client, deliverables planning & scheduling.> Ensure the safe, effective and successful implementation and delivery of engineering projects.>Conduct regular project engineering team meetings as required keeping control of progress.>Oversee the design, manufacturing, operation, application, installation and performance of the product.>Manage product issues, schedule and work plan.>Engineering inputs for data sheets, brochures, user manuals.>Visit site to see the performance of equipment and to resolve any equipment performance problems.Project Work>Design, Supply of Condensate recovery pump system, Flash separator, Pressure reducing desuperheating station, Pressure reducing station,Moisture Separator, Strainer, Trap modules, Automatic Blowdown System, Steam Injection System, Deaerator Head, Steam trap, Piping as per IBR code / ASME Section VIII Div 1 Code along with valves & instruments.>Design, Supply of Isolation Valve, Non Return Valve, Control valve, Safety relief valve, Pressure reduction valve as per IBR code.
