At Minimalist, I was responsible for setting up the General Trade business from scratch. I framed the commercial strategy, GTM & policies, built a 26-strong team across sales & training functions, and set up an infrastructure of 38 distributors serving over 50 cities.I served an additional responsibility of redesigning the supply chain organization to leverage functional specialization.
