CurrentChallenges: Developing a business for Norwegian, American, European and Japanese technology providers, where the new products or solutions have no footprint in Australasia and Asia Pacific.Outcome: Developed over 6Million dollars of business for Technology Partners• Formulated a strategy to be partnered or contracted with technology providers, such as, Sekal AS, Exebenus, Keystone, Elogix, Sumitomo, WellPerform, etc.• Performed market research, gathered market intelligence, competitor’s review, software comparison, SWOT analysis for competing products/ solutions, opportunity identification, prioritised prospective customers by gathering key technical and organisation challenges. • Developed a strategy for every prospective client from Business Development through Proof of Concept (POC) upto Sales.• Constructed methodologies for approaching prospective clients, business development, POCs, converting POCs into sales, building technical and commercial proposals.
