Heading NOC operation for Aircel project from NSN GNOC, Noida. Responsibilities:• Responsible to plan, organize and deliver managed services operations to customer from GNOC• Manage the performance and efficiency of GNOC and make recommendations as appropriate for improvement of process to result in increased customer satisfaction and resource efficiency.• Ensuring effective quality control processes are in place to monitor GNOC deliverables.• Define project scope of responsibilities, goals and deliverables.• Prepare Business case for New or additional Scope.• Liaise with project stakeholders (Circle MS team / Customer) on an ongoing basis.• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.• Identify and resolve issues and escalations.• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.• Responsible for AM/FM/CM/PM for all Network Element from GNOC.• Ensures end-end support, coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets.• Reviews TT reports against SLA/OLA and recommends follow up actions.• Ensure proper Major Service outage investigations and follow up.

Headed OMC operation for two telecom Circles (Delhi & Haryana), responsible for complete AM / FM / CM / PM functions for both these Circles. Joined Idea as Engineer – switch at Nagpur handling Ericsson switch BYB501 & RBS 2000/200. After two years I was transferred to Delhi OMC and was part of the initial Network team that eventually launch Idea Delhi circle.Responsibilities:• Managing OMC Team for fault, configuration & performance management.• Ensure that all the team takes all necessary step to clear the alarms by way of either fixing the problem area or by escalating the same to the next section or department • Ensuring that all faults and alarms are effectively captured • Ensure that the network alarms are properly understood and an effective escalation process is followed right from opening the trouble ticket till the ticket is closed• Ensure 100% error free configuration.• Ensure that all change requests received from RF design team to be implemented within stipulated time frame. Helping team to use Nokia CM Tool (CM Editor & CM Operation Manager) for configuration more effectively.• Ensure mass parameter change across the network smoothly.• Ensure error free reports to be generated by PM team.• Ensure that staff receives appropriate technical guidance to generate report via Report Builder • Analysis of report and giving feedback to respective departments.• Generation and presentation of other key statistics based reports for performance analysis & comparison.

I was in Reliance Telecom for one year (Feb’00-Dec’2000) in Indore as Engineer – OMC and subsequently shifted to Ratlam as Cluster In-charge. I was responsible for adding three cities in reliance network namely Massour, Nimach & Jaora. I have done every thing from site selection to BTS commissioning in these three cities.

Worked with Ericsson on contract for Installation & Commissioning of Ericsson switches AXE-10. Installing Ericsson switches all over India mainly for Reliance, Airtel and RPG (Delhi, Siliguri, Indore Gwalior, Hydrabad etc).Also worked in Bangladesh for six months for a project of Gramin Phone(Bangladesh) to install Ericsson switch.
