- Led a large team to manage one of the largest Property & Engineering portfolios amongst private sector insurers in India, responsible to grow topline while maintaining profitability.- Responsible for delivering on training, automation, statutory and technical audits, IRDA (regulatory) reporting, facultative placements, treaty renewals, product development initiatives and more while engaging key brokers and clients.

Was also the primary port of call for all referrals from across the country.

Managed the regional Property & Engineering Underwriting function with primary responsibility for Western India.

Was responsible for handling all the Property and Engineering proposals in the western region of India.
