Development, Manufacturing Sales and after sales all the areas at one time for a small industry. We turned around the loss making unit with huge dead stock and black listing to a profit making reputable unit in about 5 years.In Ahmedabad got an opportunity to work with Machinery Manufacturer for setting up Electronics System Manufacturing set up. Beginning with Bill of Materials, Industrial Standards, State of the art testing Labs and up to date manufacturing process. Put the team and system in place. The business needed technical after sales support with careful handling of national as well as international customers. Built an expert team of engineers and developed in house computerised data management systems for Customer data, Calls processing, Spares, and Spares repairs. It was in line with requirements of ISO 9000 QMS.The team always maintained max. response time of 48 hours and on call solutions to more than 80% service calls. After setting up the team to handle after sales, was assigned to work on special project for zippers, its applications and production. and then was given responsibility of Sales of machines in NAtional markets as well as neighboring countries. Built the sales team and successfully enhanced the sales performance maintaining the market share of more than 50%. Have successfully maintained a unique position in the market. Strong association with Flexible Packaging Industry, in Indian market.
