Responsible for the Pan India Business development for Steel , Cement and Mining Business

•Developed Tenova Bateman Brand in India, as one of the front end team leader , in Mining Material handling and Mineral Processing domain , since inception of the business unit in India. Spearhead Business development initiatives ,that are consistent with Business unit growth strategy as Head of Business Development across Pan India .•Successfully achieved cumulative sales volume of US$ 140 Mn within first 4 years of inception of Indian business unit . •Developed strong relationship with Key customers in India like Tata steel, Vedanta, NMDC,Aditya Birla and built a strategic partnership with them and received repeat/referral business of worth USD 120 Mill on Mineral Processing, Material handling ,EPCM services, Front end Engineering (FEED) & Technology supply. •Identified and Developed new markets for Feasibility study for Tenova Bateman and Won the Feasibility study contract for the 14 km conveying system for India’s First Ultra Mega Power Project (UMPP) at Sasan,MP from M/s Reliance Infra . •Identified and Developed new markets for overland cross country long distance conveying system for Bateman and Won a contract of USD 94 mill for the longest single flight conveyor system, within Indian territory of 19 Km long, from Hindalco.

Joined McNally Bharat as Asst. Manager , with a responsibility of Business development and Marketing for Material handling and Mineral Processing Plants and Equipment in Power, Steel , cement and Mining sector. With increasing responsibility, worked with various assignments like , identification new business opportunities based on market trends and client needs, Identification and making Strategic tie-ups with world reputed Companies as Collaborator / Joint venture Partner for technology support for venturing in new Business and Project co-ordination. Worked as a core team member for the implementation of ISO procedure in the organizationAs one of the core team member , developed the new business line for Macnally Bharat, in the field of Open Cast Mining Machinery and bagged order of Rupees 2100 million(US$ 45 mill) from Neyveli Lignite corporation.Successfully developed a new business line for McNally Bhrat for stock yard machinery and bagged the orders of around USD 20 mill (INR 90 Cr.) from Public and private sector.Contributed to the growth of existing business line of McNally, bagging orders for Material handling systems from various public and private sector worth USD 150 mill which includes Coal/Coke/ /Bauxite/ Lime stone /Iron ore handling /Port handling equipment

Assigned for Project execution of Tata Steel Cement Project of INR 650 Crore (USD 140 mill)at Jojobera Jamshedpur and Sonari, Raipur and successfully executed the same. Later assigned for Manufacturing as well as maintenance planning for the complete Cement plant comprising of Crushing , pyro-processing , Grinding and Material conveying system.

Handled complete commissioning and Managed complete manufacturing activities for HLL new Unit in West Bengal, India.
