Create a plan for electrical installations, including determining resource needs and scheduling.• Site Management: Oversee all electrical activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and industry standards. Monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly to ensure timely completion of the project.• Team Supervision: Direct and supervise a team of electricians, electrical technicians, and subcontractors. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure that the team follows safety protocols and quality standards. Conduct regular meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide feedback.• Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure the availability of required electrical materials, tools, and equipment on-site. Maintain an inventory of materials, monitor usage, and coordinate deliveries to minimize delays and interruptions.• Quality Control: Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify that electrical installations meet the specified requirements.
