Dale Carnegie certification for Effective Communications and Human Relationships has had a big impact on my communication and leadership style. With 18 years of software development and management experience, I have had extensive interactions with customers and with cross functional teams to successfully deliver multiple products. I'm well versed in the software development life cycle, and while I started with the waterfall development methodologies, I'm also a certified scrum master for Agile development. I am a quick learner of new technologies and business processes in a Rapid Application Development environment. I have extensive experience in designing various solutions for data center infrastructure management across a wide range of networking protocols.In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling and watching movies.
