Also received some NetSuite training.• Oracle Cloud Supply Planning implementation at Aramark with PaaS solution for Minimum Order Quantity and Container Loading requirements.• Transitioned POLY’s Planning and Order Promising to constrained mode in response to post-covid supply chain bottlenecks – achieved 85% reduction in sales order re-promising; also re-designed Supplier Forecasting process to generate realistic requirements based on availability of short-supply components – pilot showed potential USD 2.5 MN reduction in near term purchase from one Supplier.• Re-implemented IO solution for stratified planning - targeting Service Levels as per ABC classification at Avery Dennison. Right sizing of safety stock lowered target inventory by USD 1.8 MN. Also improvised solution for ASCP, GOP to address post-COVID needs.• Re-designed IO solution to make it workable with a ‘Days-of-Coverage’ approach, along with end-item substitution functionality at Biogen.• Created a tool to calculate ‘capacity feasible’ safety stock levels to work in conjunction with unconstrained ASCP plan at Nature’s Bounty. 12.2 upgrade of ASCP/IO/APCC (with Discrete and OPM).• OPM data restructure and ASCP re-implementation at Nufarm.• Designed and implemented VCP solution (ASCP, PS, APCC) including custom integration with JDE for Ampacet. • Designed-implemented VCP solution (ASCP, PS) at GENCO, a reverse logistics leader.

• Comprehensive Oracle EBS implementation involving 3 manufacturing sites at Emerson - Remote Automation Solutions, USA - Planning (ASCP, GOP & Forecasting) and Procurement Solution Owner.• End-to-End implementation of Oracle R12 EBS in Emerson - Control Techniques Dynamics, UK - Site Lead and Process owner for ASCP/GOP.• Demantra performance improvement for Reckitt Benckiser (USA).• Global implementation of Oracle R12 EBS (ERP and VCP) solution with high degree of customization in Arrow Electronics (UK) - ASCP Module Lead.• Authored a paper in Oracle Application User Group (OAUG).

• Enabled customers (Korean Air, Air China, Singapore Airlines, Virgin Blue) to derive better value from AirCrews Crew Planning and Optimization Solution through analyzing and mapping business processes, co-ordinating with the development team, standardization, process documentation etc.• Proposed and executed ‘consulting’ service from India to respond promptly and effectively to customer need (Virgin Blue) outside of regular change request process.

Accountable for 1 MN USD inventory and 300 MN USD sales as the process owner. • Developed advanced forecasting models (ARIMA, Croston) using SAS and MS Excel.• Developed a Mixed IP model for inventory-service level optimization using SAS.
