1) Seat Belt Anchorage Test analysis of driver seat of commercial vehicleDescription – Lap belt anchorage test to evaluate the structural performance of the seatassembly especially at belt anchorage and its surrounding parts of the seat during the event of crash. Lap block was belted with lap belt and a static load was applied to the lap belt.The stresses and strains of the belt anchorage locations were reported. It was performed as per FMVSS 207/210 ECE R-14.Post processing was done using Hyperview 14.0.2) Drop test on 10 ltr Paint BucketDescription – Drop test to check the deformation of bucket when drop from 0.9m of height. Bucket was filled by SPH (Smooth Particle hydrodynamics) elements & dropped with initial velocity calculated for 0.9m height. Stress and strain were reported.Post processing was done using Hyperview 14.0.3) Model analysis of IP & Centre Console in Optistruct.4) Model analysis of IP Test Frame & Console Test Frame in Optistruct.
