Project under taken:JAS LUXURIA, A 14 unit residential/commercial project of luxurious buildings with an estimated cost of 6.6M USD.● Developed a Schedule of work using MS Project reflecting all functional & execution deliverables.● Estimated Construction material quantities from drawings.● Prepared RFIs, Submittals and determined each line item of the project specs and inspected it accordingly.● Monthly Progress Analysis -Forecast schedule, Delay analysis, Cost Analysis, and Reporting.● Managed the RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority India) account of the firm.● Identified areas of concern with remedial action and troubleshooting along with the director of the firm and the Contractors working on the project.● Checking and verification of contractor’s bill of payment.
