Responsibilities* Identify, evaluate and prioritize potential clients for targeted business development activities.* Establish and maintain client relationships; work closely with Management and team members to define business development and marketing strategy* Develop and deliver presentations for potential clients* Maintain in-depth knowledge of all AXIS Clinicals Group services* Oversee all aspects of business development at AXIS Clinicals Group including customer relationship management and project management* Work closely with AXIS Clinicals Group leadership to establish, update, and execute AXIS Clinicals Group business strategy and plan * Work closely with AXIS Clinicals Group management to ensure coordination of efforts and optimal use of allotted resources * Provide periodic reports, updates to AXIS Clinicals Group Board on status of AXIS Clinicals Group business strategy and plan and implement recommendations* Constant updates from local and global industry, science, and regulatory sectors which are relevant and importanat to the business operations* Provide regular updates to AXIS Clinicals Group on potential clients, partners, and sponsors* Represent AXIS Clinicals Group at professional and industry meetings* Maintain high visibility within customer organizations* Mentor other BD colleagues as and when they are hired* Initiate and participate in quality and process improvement activities at AXIS Clinicals Group.
