Drove $2.4M savings by utilizing rigorous Strategic Sourcing principles while leveraging item level bidding & lotting strategies in reverse auction• Utilized Ariba technology to conduct a reverse auction for HR Professional Services. Attained cost savings of 43% and improved service levels
