•Oversee Troubleshooting, Maintaining and repairing of all kind of Construction Equipment Rig machines, Crawler Cranes, Mobile Cranes, Earth moving Equipment, Anchoring Machines, Vibro Hammers, Forklifts, Tele handlers, Manlift etc. . Schedule and Priorities all kind of Preventive maintenance works. Manage and Monitoring all Technicians and team members. Develop an effective coordination with Customers and Suppliers. Implement effective Maintenance Procedure to reduce equipment breakdown and increase Productivity

•Responsible for maintaining all kind of construction machinery, Rig Machines (Soilmec SR-516, Xcmg 220, Casagrande and Rotary) Crawler Cranes (xcmg, nck) Mobile Cranes, Vibro Hammers (Ptc, ICE550) Anchoring Machines (KLEM, Mitsubishi, D&B) Excavator (Kobelco) Back loader (Cat, New Holland. Schedule and Monitoring all Preventive maintenance works. Responsible for Hydraulic and Mechanical Troubleshooting. Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly maintenance & purchase Report. Prepare and process requisition and purchase order for Equipment and machine spare Parts.Preparation of estimated Cost and manpower for each maintenance activities. Keenly analysis each Maintenance activity and propose for any modification or upgradation if needed

• Site Service as per the Customer requirement (After sales support). Conducting Training for the Technicians and operators regarding the safety, operations and maintenance. Preparation of Fault Track record and uploading to Zoomlion integrated software system. Periodic Inspection and Maintenance of stock Machinery. Reporting to the service Manager regarding any manufacturing faults and get detailed report from Zoomlion Factory for any warranty claim and any modification. Schedule Service and get feedback from the customer
