My major focus is around planning and executing various activities as per company strategy to secure our products availability and visibility on the market place. In addition to that, my responsibilities include but are not limited to:• To achieve monthly sales and collection targets.• Achieve Perfect Stores Target on monthly basis.• Implement annual Business Development Agreements.• Periodic shop visits to control the visibility, availability, pricing, promotions, competitor events.• Control of the credit notes/money collections and making sure raising Credit notes on time.• Coordinating with various departments for product merchandising.• Communicating regularly with all Category heads to avoid OOS at warehouse & with logistics to monitor stock position.• Implement BDA guidelines across the stores.• Formulating a marketing plan for NPD.• Supervision of Merchandisers, Route Planning and getting merchandising plans implemented.• Implement agreed business plan for each client as per promotional calendar.• Ensure OSA to minimize OOS through regular market visits as per agreed call cycle.• Liaise with Trade Customer Marketing & Category Management to develop account specific standards for merchandising, range, promotions and pricing.• Conduct merchandiser’s team meeting.• Focus on increasing the sales by follow up on orders, deliveries and collections.
