We run day-long sessions, year-long classroom programs, and teacher training modules, all aligned with experiential, playful classroom teaching. Since 2019, my team and I have worked with a total of 36 classrooms, integrating design thinking, game mechanics, and presentation strategies to enhance students' learning experiences in varied educational settings.Our focus is on developing five core skills: Communication, Problem Solving, Teamwork & Cooperation, Logical & Critical Thinking, and Multitasking. Our online, playful, project-based community for children aged 5-12 helped them find their passion through projects, peers, and play.I built and implemented a technology stack to reach our initial goal of acquiring 1000 users. Leveraging various software platforms, tools, and technologies, I created a seamless and engaging user experience for children and educators. I identified effective technologies and platforms, including a content management system and analytics platform, to streamline delivery and track user engagement.Coordinating a community of playful learning enthusiasts in India, I developed resource banks of engaging content for educators. I curated resources and built a community, helping teachers and educators provide immersive learning experiences. As a Teach for India fellow, I was part of a global network working towards reducing education inequity in India. My responsibilities included teaching Math, Science, and Social Studies to 90 children across grades 5, 6, and 7 at a low-income municipal school in Yerwada, Pune.I developed objective-driven lesson plans, set ambitious goals for individual students and the class, tracked and analyzed student data, and created an environment that encouraged students to speak out and learn better. Through effective project planning and execution, I was able to help my students achieve significant academic progress.I worked closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, school teachers and leaders, parents, community leaders, government agencies, and other decision-makers, to improve the educational outcomes of students from Yerwada - one of the most challenging communities in Pune. By managing these relationships effectively, I was able to build strong partnerships and drive positive change in the community.

As a member of the GlobalGiving India Field Program, I had the incredible opportunity to travel throughout rural and urban India to network with and learn from local change makers in various sectors, such as education, child and infant care, wildlife conservation, and youth development.
