• Led the plant from Gravity & Pressure Die Casting, Machining and Assembly. Complete KPI Monitoring. Managed a Team of 103 people of the plant. Implementation of tools like 4Q, 8D, 4M, 14Q Principles, 7QC Tools & 5S and TPM Activities. Responsible for IATF 16949:2015, VDA 6.3 and Internal Audit.• New Product Development with Sole responsibility for APQP, ISIR and PPAP. Conduct analysis or tests pertaining to the development of new methods, materials, processes or standards and provide recommendations accordingly. Coordinate with other technical support personnel• Assign work to drafters and technicians, technical writers, engineering technicians and machine shop personnel as required. Manage the development of manufacturing processes require information such as standard work process procedures. Optimize inventory process improvements.• Lead several independent, cross-functional projects and improve manufacturing quality, reduce cost, ensure environment are supported and FDA compliant. Participate directly and indirectly in all KAIZEN events. Compile and update documentation require by OSHA and ISO certification.

• Successfully Completed 5 Projects in the field of automotive and confectionary industries. One Point of Contact with customer and giving them a best solution for their organization. Focusing on Improvements to be done in Supplier end for Betterment of Company. Optimum utilization of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to assist in preparing the feasibility studies and ensure that the costs incurred are justified. • Give directions to help in preparing the layouts and detailed drawings that will eventually assist in improving the manufacturing processes. Evaluate improvements that need to be done and create value analysis and to look out for ways to reduce the costs in the engineering and manufacturing applications. • Develop methods that would help in reducing the cost without compromising on the quality standards to ensure increased efficiency and quality and make recommendations. • Achieve cost effective designs and to carry out research and development work of the manufacturing process that would include assembly methods, production flow and production equipment

Determined material and supply needs based on requirements and budget. • Maintain the MSA, gauge R& R, gauge attribute study. Awarded for Best14 Q Awareness. Ensures that appropriate quality plans are made that include all stages of the life cycle of the product and supports Quality Plan design
