 Providing ISP 2nd/3rd line support for educational establishments at UK.  Delivering connectivity upgrade to schools, this comprised of configuring new Cisco /Juniper/Huawei/Mikrotik/Viprinet routers for the schools and providing back office support for the new connectivity installation. The role expanded to include delivering more of the value added services.
