Managing Recruitment and Onboarding process.o Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.o Creation and issuance of offer letters to candidates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.o Perform pre- screening process- Background, drug screening and reference check.o Utilize Workday for scheduling interview, employee profile creation and hire process, andensure confidentiality and data integrity.o Coordinate with IT and other departments to arrange system access, email setup, and provision of necessary tools for new employees.o Provided ongoing support to new hires during their initial weeks, addressing inquiries and facilitating smooth transitions into the organization.
