CurrentGood knowledge of Pro-AV & IT Hardware market.Introduced Cubix as a AV Product range offering company in PAN India.Being a National Product Manager, trained internal Sales & Technical officers for AV offerings to be served in the market.Contributor for exponential growth of brands assigned to me, viz. ATEN Internationals KVM, Pro-AV, Power & USB-Serial Product range. NewLine Interactives Touch Interactive Displays, Wireless Presentation System & Document Camera.Worked with major AV partners nationally viz.Training, Education and Induction to the new partners and defined the versatile business module with every individual partner.Defined protocols / models for partners and System Integrators and obtained standard operating procedures with clear understanding of roles and responsibilities. Took at most care to avoid the conflicts and challenges to protect the brand name.Holding good Technical knowledge of Professional AV Switching and Controllers, Touch Technology offerings & Audio along with KVM, USB-Serial & Power.Working with friendly and “on the wheel attitude” towards Partners and always worked with “Open & Flexible Business Approach” without tolerance to the defined “Commitments”.Excellent communication and Presentation skills with the ability to adapt myself in critical situations Team Management and Time management skills with assurance on time deliverable.Keeping myself updated with the upcoming trends & technologies in the market with helps me to cater the customers’ requirements on a faster pace.Quick Decisions are taken some times with the SWOT analysis of the situation. This practice helped me to support the “Genuine” partner in open / limited tender cases and tricky situations.
