As a Summer Intern, I worked on a project aimed at increasing the response rate of Net Promoter Score(NPS) programme for the intermediaries (distribution channel). It included data analysis which helped me formulate the hypotheses which were then accepted/rejected on the basis of various surveys conducted. Another part of the project concentrated on the redesigning of the NPS questionnaire.It was a successful project with most of the suggestions being accepted and the efforts appreciated.

Operations and Maintenance EngineerI joined Reliance Jio Infocom Limited as a GET and for the first 1 year worked as the assistant planning manager for the O&M team. After that I was assigned the role of Utility Engineer for Rourkela cluster where I worked with a team of field engineers, supervisors and technicians. The challenge was to maintain all the telecom facilities spread across the entire area of the Sundergarh district and ensure 100% power availability in all the sites. My role included: Preventive and corrective maintenance, spare management in SAP, dealing with cross functional teams of the organization for smooth functioning, liaisoning with the OEM/project teams, coordinating with other network operators for shared facilities, preparing RCAs for the faults, I was directy answerable to the Network Operation Center(NOC) for any utility related faults, motivating my team-members and delivering the end results as a team.
