With over 8 years of experience in the area of employee relations, I have honed my skills in managing disciplinary issues, grievances, conflict of interest, escalations arising out of sensitive/complex internal or external inquiries and complaints. My expertise comes from the hands-on experiences both in the corporate world as also from my military service. Additionally I have acquired a fair level of understanding of employment and labor laws in the country while managing compliance to the same.
