I was worked as a State Project Coordinator in Empower Pragati Vocational & Staffing Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi since 4th Jan 2019 implementing the NSQF Project which is Central Govt. scheme CSSVHSE (Centrally Sponsored Scheme for Vocationalisation of Higher Secondary & Secondary Schools Education). Across the state 106 Govt. Schools allotted with 5 vocational coordinator and 106 Vocational trainer, for each school 1 vocational trainer allotted for implementation of this project. I am leading this team with the good team spirit and make efficient output. This program is purely designed for schools students 9th (level-1) to 12th (level-4), focused on who are dropouts and pass out students, with the availing the OJT, internship, placement and self-enterprise support at ground level. We are also support for vertical integration of students who are opted for higher studies and also focused on dropout students who are attain the exam of vocational education and fail in the Board exam, they can opt the higher studies further at Govt. ITCs & Polytechnics through the attaining the level 3 & level 4. (Level 1 & 2 pass at schools). Students are opted this vocational subject as third language instead of opting the Sanskrit and Hindi, which is very helpful build a career in this field and make them self-enterprise. Since I was joined this organisation many creative activities conducted by the Trainers. Day to day planning, organising & implementing is the interesting part of this job. Where our team performing the best. Where in this project many challenges like finding of guest lectures and identification of industry visits was more common rather than placement. But my team overcome all the challenges and getting appreciation from Govt. many times. As a head of this project regularly update Govt. database through the MIS portal & google sheets. Where we need to regularly take VTs updates through the google meet and collect the datas by google forms. Very familiar with zoom, google meet, and other google products, Microsoft suite, SPSS, Adobe Photoshop CANVA and Corel Draw which is very helpful for the data representation. As a senior of this project responsibility to keep on tracking the performance, so I am regularly visiting the schools and interact with HMs and fellow teachers, District Education Officers. In the COVID 19 time schools are closed 22nd March 2020 onwards, but I have started online classes very beginning of COVID since April 2020 onwards, other many activities done with my personal efforts.
