In my job under the New South Wales Government Scheme, I worked as a Sales Representative. But instead of just selling stuff for profit, my main task was to persuade customers to invest in energy-saving upgrades for their homes and businesses using government-approved products. I traveled a lot across NSW and Victoria, covering over 45,000 kilometers in just six months. Through this experience, I gained valuable soft and hard skills.

I loved my job, which involved talking to strangers and ensuring their stay was hassle-free at a 5-star hotel. Throughout my shifts, I assisted guests with smooth check-ins, escorted them to their rooms, helped them choose dinner and breakfast options, provided transportation and site viewing arrangements, and offered all the basic solutions for their stay. I always aimed to prevent problems and make their experience as enjoyable as possible.
