• Performing purchase and procurement for the company by finding the appropriate vendors and negotiating the purchase.• Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery.• Synchronize and coordinate works and activities with all other Sections and Departments.Moreover, arranging the delivery of purchases in a cost effective way.• Developing procurement stratergies that are inventive and cost effective.• Take inventory of stock , maintain a stock register and store parts in stock rooms according to prearranged systems.• Submit quote requests for getting work approval & payment approval via emails from managing director and finance managerfor every department including Admin team, Asset management team, logistics team and IT department.• Maintaining optimal level inventory to support department needs.• Continously seek alternative materials and suppliers to improve cost efficiency.• Check all tenders and purchase order documents' specifications for spare parts, materials, equipments, and technical services.• Maintaining records of all purchases and ensure a filling system for records of all quotations and invoices.• Building and maintaining long term relationship with vendors and suppliers.• Address and resolve any quality issues with suppliers promptly.
