5C Network is India’s largest remote radio-diagnosis enabler. We enable radio-diagnosis in remote areas and faster diagnosis for time-critical cases by connecting diagnostic centres to radiologists and empowering them with AI to produce better radiology reports. At 5C Network, I completely own the mobile (android and iOS) products. My job includes designing and building the applications and maintaining them. I also work closely with the CEO and the rest of my engineering and product team to identify opportunities to create new products / services, as well as internal products to improve organizational efficiency. I co-own these products / services.Accomplishments:* Singlehandedly built the mobile apps (android native and iOS native) within 2 months from scratch and integrated with the existing web architecture. Android app was trending at #9 in the healthcare category. * Successfully automated the manual case assignment process using python and node.js. This enabled our account managing team to seamlessly move from managing 1500 cases daily to over 3500. * Successfully identified process bottlenecks and solved for the same, causing a reduction in customer complaints.

We worked in independent, self sufficient teams known as 'pods' where each pod managed the full lifecycle of enterprise customers from sales to delivery and were responsible for renewals and churns. My 'pod' managed some of the largest customer accounts that amounted to almost 25% of the company's annual revenue. As a Program Manager, I maintained client relationships and identified up-sell opportunities. I supported the Account Manager in creating solutions and pitching to clients. Post sale I ensured seamless delivery of the products and services, provided enterprise customer support and helped the product team solve user problems and shape the product.Helped clients define talent acquisition strategy and solve their hiring problems creatively. Conducted multiple successful events as part of this long term strategy. Conducted meetups and events for Flipkart, Matrix Partners, Walmart Labs and Tathastu (Future Group). Achievements:* Worked closely with Flipkart to co-create their talent acquisition strategy for diversity candidates. Enabled us to up-sell long term solutions and increase Flipkart’s yearly contract value 3 times.* Owned and conducted large-scale events for clients to improve their talent brand. Designed a process and built a product for conducting such events successfully. Reduced time taken to organise events by 67%.

Brigit was one of the first full fledged digital suites for educational institutes in India. Our platform reduced teachers’ administrative workload helping them focus more on teaching, and involved parents actively in their children's education enabling them to learn better. Brigit had a user base of over 150,000 and was being used by 120 institutes across India.I owned products and led the engineering team. My job included designing and building products, owning product roadmap, interacting with end users and iterating product features, and was also responsible for customer success. Built the whole system from scratch using python for web APIs, Couchbase, PHP and native Android. Also built IoT solutions for attendance cards, wallets and student safety solutions. Managed a team of 8 developers working on 3 different products.As founder, I did market research, created sales and investor pitches, gave pitches to industry leaders, managed employees, defined timelines, and everything else required to ensure the survival of the business.Achievements:* Continuously interacted with users to create and adjust the product roadmap. Product was widely acclaimed for its flexibility and ease of use, enabling us to have almost 100% client retention every year.* Spearheaded signing of MoU with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, and built features essential for them, making our products compulsory to be used across all 100+ colleges affiliated with the university.* Built a system to track people within a school and inside school buses and prevent child abuse.* Conceptualised and initiated WIN, a CSR initiative that helps university students learn the necessary skills for a job and bridge the gap between industry and academia by increasing graduate employability.

Automation of offset printing machinesInvented a hardware device to enable existing single-colour offset printers to print multi-coloured jobs efficiently. A camera identifies the paper and die position and controls motors to align papers to printing die. This enabled smaller printing presses to print multi-colour jobs without spending a fortune on unaffordable new machines.
